This Week at Dance Zone:

Ballroom Dancing - Sundays, 7 PM.

Zumba - Mondays, 2 PM; Wednesdays, 3:30 PM.

Line Dancing - Mondays, 4 PM and Wednesdays, 4:30 PM.  This is not a class.

Line Dancing Class - Wednesdays, 3 PM.

Belly Dancing - Thursday, 7 PM.

Folk Dancing - Tuesdays and Fridays at 7 PM.

Movement and Dance for Parkinson's - Tuesdays and Fridays at 2 PM.

Square Dancing - Mondays, 6:30 PM.

Stability and Fall Prevention - Mondays and Fridays, 3 PM;  Wednesdays, 2:45 PM.

Salsa - Wednesdays, 7 PM.

• Friday, March 18 – Celtic Dance with   7:30 PM.  Potluck at 6:30 PM at Dance Zone. $6 per person; $2 for FT students.

 ANNOUNCING:

A DANCE EXTRAVAGANZA

• A weekend plus of dance activities
• Free workshops of different dance styles, most taught at the
  beginning level
• Begins TBA, but soon after Michigan allows dance activities to start again.  

On the schedule so far are:

• Dancing and Movement for Parkinson's and other mobility problems
• Silver Sneakers Classic Movement Class
• Ballroom Dancing
• Morris Dancing
• Folk Dancing
• Line Dancing
• Country Dance Night
• Square Dancing (plus a square dance graduation party)
• Contra Dancing

We hope to add Belly Dancing and a Salsa Exercise Class to the mix.
